The great advantage of a “Buffet Roast” is that your guests can select their choice and size of meal, ideal for Special Dietary Needs!
Due to the complexity of allergies and dietary needs and that suppliers use terms like “blended oils” we cannot guarantee what our foods may contain. The following is a guide of what may be in our foods. Most people can still enjoy a meal from one of our Spit Roast Buffet Packages but need to careful to read this page and our ingredients list first. It is best to send a link of this page to the guests who enquire as it is too complex for the host to pre-arrange each meal to suit each need. Please do not have guess contact us directly for the same reason.
A handy hint is that the guests with allergies attend the buffet first to minimise cross contamination. Please explain to your guests that although we will assist as much as possible we do not claim to be an “Allergy Free Food” caterer nor charge accordingly.

If you have Vegans, Vegetarians, people who suffer from Fructose Malabsorption or Lactose intolerance we have our “Vegan Rice” dish. Each individual serve is $4.50 and for orders of 8 or more the price drops to $3.50 per serve. These guests are welcome to help themselves to the buffet as well as the rice dish, we still allow the same portion of meat for these guests regardless as many special needs guests still enjoy meat.
Our “Vegan Rice” dish contains Brown Rice, Sweet Potato, Zucchini, Pepitas, parsley, salt, pepper and a dash of Olive oil.
Coeliac disease is an immune disease caused by gluten, a protein found in wheat, rye, barley, triticale and oats. When a person with coeliac disease eats gluten, an inappropriate immune reaction causes inflammation and damage to their small bowel (intestine). A lifelong gluten-free diet is the only treatment.”Gluten Free” is a word we do not like to use as it suggests that there is no gluten at all. We use the term “Flourless” as we do not add flour to a dish unless stated otherwise.
