It can be hard for people to compare catering companies, to know what suits you best for your function, getting good value, service etc. Regardless of if it is a wedding, a bucks party or a corporate event it is important to us that your function is a success .   1. How do I choose?
    On the info bar at the top of the web site click on “Get a Quick Quote!” ,there are choices of finger food menus, budget menus, buffet roasts etc. Our buffet roast menus are in order from “Keep It Simple” to “Platinum”. We have a menu for every budget and occasion!
    All our menus show all costs, there is nothing hidden and are therefore a guaranteed written quote. If you would like a quote with your name, date etc then each menu has a “Quick Quote” link usually near the list of prices or at the bottom of the page.
  3. Is Hot Rods Roasts Available?
    Even though we cook for over 2000 people per lunch or dinner some dates are booked out well in advance. Other times we are able to do a function with one day’s notice. Feel free to enquire before doing your booking form or check this link, Availability and Peak Trade Minimums
  4. How do I book?
    Once you have decided which menu suits you there is a link on your menu package of choice that will take you to the "Definite Booking". The link is usually below the prices in bright red. When we receive your "Definite Booking" we will send a deposit now payable invoice, once deposit is paid your booked in! Don’t worry about exact number yet, you can ring us up to 12.00 midday 5 working days before to adjust. If you are not Definitely going ahead please don't book as we ask our staff to commit at the same time. If you would like a written quote go to "Quick Quote" which is in the same place ias "Definite Booking".
  5. What do I need to supply?
    As each menu differs so does what you need to supply. When you click the booking tab on the menu it will take you to a details page which explans all. At all served buffet style menus we need you to supply suitable tables with cloths.
  6. Deposit, final confirmation and payment
    When we receive your booking form we reply on Mondays and Thursdays with a complete invoice showing all costs. To secure your  booking please do so by paying the deposit by the nominated due date, non refundable on cancellation. On receiving your deposit Hot Rod’s Roasts will commit to providing your function as quoted. If a deposit is not receive your within 5 working days from the day the booking was processed it will be assumed the function is not required and will be removed.
    Approximately one week before your function we send you a reminder form that you need to contact us with your final head count 5 working days before 12.00pm, usually Monday . It is from this number that we cook, supply plates for ( when applicable) and charge for. At this stage we will send you an updated invoice and ask for payment. If you have more guests than plates there are a couple of options available on the reminder form. We will not serve unpaid guests for free.
  7. Special Dietary Needs and Allergies
    Special dietary needs is as complex as it is important to Hot Rods Roasts. As each guest with special dietary needs has unique needs it is better and safer to refer them to our ingredients list. Please click “here”
