MENU: The Wedding Menu

The meal is presented beautifully buffet style with us carving your roast and putting the meats onto the plates at the end of the banquet. We use china plates, stainless cutlery, candles, flower and vine decorations.

 Roast Meats

- Beef topside lightly rubbed with herbs and spices
- Leg of pork rolled off the bone with golden crackle
- Leg of lamb lightly rubbed with garlic and rosemary carved off the bone
- Marinated Chicken fillets

A choice of three meats for over 40 heads, four meats for over 120 heads

Salads

Our salads are prepared from scratch at the shop and are fresh and individual as can be. For your choice of salads according to function size, please enquire.

Our vegetables are cooked on the buffet table in our tailor made
gas fired bain maries in front of your guests, fresh and hot.

Peas with a dash of mint sauce    Corn kernals
Sliced carrots with a dab of honey    Whole baby beans

Hot vegetables are also accompanied by baked cauliflower in
white sauce and golden brown cheese and a Greek toss salad.

Hot scollop potatoes with sour cream and bacon pieces
Bakery rolls in white and brown, warm damper and sour dough breads
Home made gravy, shredded cheese, butter portions, apple sauce,
mint sauce, horse radish, mustard, chutney and toothpicks.
