Delicious Desserts

We are able to give many options for desserts, if there is something that you would like that’s not here please enquire! Almost all of our desserts are hand made providing that homemade loving feeling!

We have 4 different options for the supply of your desserts to help fit every budget and occasion

Option 1; “Cakes Only”. Cost approx $1.20 per head
depending on cakes chosen.

The cakes are provided whole for you to slice and serve, no utensils are provided. We strongly recommend you buy ice cream to go with them (as a guideline 1 lt to 10 heads). Please nominate your cakes and each quantity as per your requirements on the Main Meal booking forms, (Please see the footer note). The photos below show some of the range we have available. The most common question people ask is how many people will a cake serve? The answer is 24 medium slices or 16 large slices on most of our cakes or 40 from the “Caterer’s Tray” version which works out cheaper for you.

Option 2; “Cakes Ready for Self Serve” Cost $2.50 per head.

Cakes ready for self serve are delivered, sliced and laid out for self serve with disposable bowls, spoons & serviettes. We strongly recommend you buy ice cream to go with them (as a guideline 1 lt to 10 heads). Serving utensils are not provided. Please nominate your cakes as per your requirements on the Main Meal booking forms, (Please see the footer note). The photos below show some of the range we have available. Choose approximately 1 variety of cake per 18 people, maximum of 4 varieties.

Option 3; “Fully Served Desserts” Cost $4.50 per head

All desserts are delivered, sliced and served to your guests buffet style with ice cream and fruit salad. We supply all serving utensils, bowls, spoons, serviettes, serve and clean up. You don’t have to do anything! Please nominate your cakes as per your requirements on the Main Meal booking forms, (Please see the footer note). The photos below show some of the range we have available. Choose approximately 1 variety of cake per 18 people, maximum of 4 varieties.

Option 4 “Deluxe Served Desserts” Cost $7.00 per head
All desserts are beautifully presented and served to the tables on china. Any two may be selected and are served with a ball of ice cream and various dressings. This menu suits corporate events, weddings etc.

  • Profiteroles hand made by us filled with custard and dipped in chocolate
  • Mini fruit flan with cheese cake filling topped with glazed fruit
  • Chocolate mud cake muffins coated in a rich chocolate
  • Pecan Pie
  • French Vanilla Slice powered with icing sugar
  • Caramel Tarts dipped in chocolate

Hints and Tips: If your function is a 21st, a footy club( or similar) or are drinkers don’t waste your money on desserts, often a celebration cake with perhaps a pavlova and fruit- salad will do. Weddings, engagements and more formal functions eat a lot of desserts, you are probably better off to get us to serve them as it is quite a bit of work!
